【教學質量提升月】我院召開系主任培訓會

  4月(yue)13日下午,我院(yuan)在行(xing)政(zheng)綜合樓1002會(hui)(hui)議(yi)室召開系主(zhu)任(ren)培訓會(hui)(hui),學(xue)院(yuan)院(yuan)長(chang)李玨、副(fu)院(yuan)長(chang)姚輝洲,教務處及各系(部)主(zhu)任(ren)和副(fu)主(zhu)任(ren)參加會(hui)(hui)議(yi)。
    
  會(hui)上,李玨(jue)院長傳(chuan)達了(le)教(jiao)育廳(ting)轉(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)設(she)(she)工(gong)作推進會(hui)精神,介紹(shao)了(le)全區獨立學院轉(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)設(she)(she)基本情況和轉(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)設(she)(she)進度,并(bing)對我院轉(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)設(she)(she)工(gong)作部(bu)署進行(xing)了(le)詳細分析。結合學院轉(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)型和轉(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)設(she)(she)工(gong)作實際,李玨(jue)院長就(jiu)如(ru)何做好系(xi)部(bu)管(guan)理(li)工(gong)作、提升教(jiao)學管(guan)理(li)質量、守(shou)護(hu)師(shi)生平安等問題(ti)對系(xi)(部(bu))主任(ren)和副主任(ren)進行(xing)了(le)管(guan)理(li)工(gong)作培訓(xun)。

  李(li)(li)玨院長點(dian)評了(le)(le)(le)各(ge)(ge)系(xi)(xi)(部(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu))開(kai)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)以來(lai)的(de)(de)(de)(de)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作亮(liang)點(dian),對(dui)三個(ge)方(fang)面(mian)的(de)(de)(de)(de)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作進行(xing)了(le)(le)(le)肯(ken)定(ding):一(yi)(yi)是(shi)各(ge)(ge)系(xi)(xi)(部(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu))主(zhu)(zhu)任能(neng)對(dui)照“學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)院2021年(nian)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作要(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)點(dian)”,結合系(xi)(xi)(部(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu))工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作實(shi)際向系(xi)(xi)(部(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu))教(jiao)(jiao)職(zhi)(zhi)員(yuan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)部(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)署(shu)全年(nian)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作要(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)點(dian);二(er)是(shi)各(ge)(ge)系(xi)(xi)(部(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu))主(zhu)(zhu)任高(gao)度重視專(zhuan)業建(jian)(jian)設和(he)(he)(he)課(ke)程(cheng)(cheng)建(jian)(jian)設,積(ji)極申報(bao)校級“一(yi)(yi)流本科(ke)專(zhuan)業”和(he)(he)(he)“一(yi)(yi)流本科(ke)課(ke)程(cheng)(cheng)”立(li)項(xiang)(xiang),為(wei)沖刺全區“一(yi)(yi)流本科(ke)專(zhuan)業”和(he)(he)(he)“一(yi)(yi)流本科(ke)課(ke)程(cheng)(cheng)”立(li)項(xiang)(xiang)做好(hao)培育(yu)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作;三是(shi)各(ge)(ge)系(xi)(xi)(部(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu))主(zhu)(zhu)任關注并參與學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)第(di)(di)二(er)課(ke)堂活(huo)(huo)動,積(ji)極組織(zhi)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)參加(jia)各(ge)(ge)類(lei)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)科(ke)競賽,守好(hao)課(ke)堂和(he)(he)(he)課(ke)外兩個(ge)陣(zhen)地(di)。李(li)(li)玨院長對(dui)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)院工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作要(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)點(dian)中涉及(ji)到各(ge)(ge)系(xi)(xi)(部(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu))的(de)(de)(de)(de)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作進行(xing)了(le)(le)(le)詳細分(fen)析(xi),要(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)求(qiu)各(ge)(ge)系(xi)(xi)(部(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu))主(zhu)(zhu)任和(he)(he)(he)副主(zhu)(zhu)任在(zai)管(guan)理(li)(li)(li)上(shang)要(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)有(you)(you)明確的(de)(de)(de)(de)目標、周密的(de)(de)(de)(de)計(ji)(ji)劃、推進的(de)(de)(de)(de)措施(shi)和(he)(he)(he)落地(di)的(de)(de)(de)(de)成果(guo)(guo)。對(dui)管(guan)理(li)(li)(li)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作既(ji)要(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)有(you)(you)任務(wu)布置、也要(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)有(you)(you)過(guo)程(cheng)(cheng)監控,才能(neng)得(de)到預想(xiang)的(de)(de)(de)(de)效(xiao)果(guo)(guo)。要(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)有(you)(you)跳起(qi)來(lai)摘桃子、跑(pao)起(qi)來(lai)奔目標的(de)(de)(de)(de)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作激情,胸懷學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)院發展(zhan)(zhan)大局,為(wei)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)院高(gao)質(zhi)量(liang)(liang)發展(zhan)(zhan)出(chu)謀(mou)劃策。對(dui)今后如何進一(yi)(yi)步(bu)做好(hao)系(xi)(xi)部(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)的(de)(de)(de)(de)管(guan)理(li)(li)(li)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作,李(li)(li)玨院長提出(chu)了(le)(le)(le)四點(dian)要(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)求(qiu):第(di)(di)一(yi)(yi),要(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)明確崗位職(zhi)(zhi)責(ze),按照工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作要(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)求(qiu)履職(zhi)(zhi)并創造工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作業績(ji);第(di)(di)二(er),要(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)克服“多(duo)一(yi)(yi)事不如少(shao)一(yi)(yi)事”的(de)(de)(de)(de)懶政思維(wei),勇于(yu)創新(xin),為(wei)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)院參與校際競爭出(chu)謀(mou)劃策、增(zeng)(zeng)光添彩(cai);第(di)(di)三,要(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)圍繞“立(li)德樹人”根本任務(wu),通過(guo)有(you)(you)效(xiao)管(guan)理(li)(li)(li)和(he)(he)(he)真誠溝通,團結和(he)(he)(he)帶領系(xi)(xi)(部(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu))教(jiao)(jiao)職(zhi)(zhi)員(yuan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)在(zai)實(shi)現自我價值的(de)(de)(de)(de)同時為(wei)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)院發展(zhan)(zhan)獻計(ji)(ji)獻策、添磚加(jia)瓦;第(di)(di)四,要(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)加(jia)強(qiang)對(dui)系(xi)(xi)(部(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu))教(jiao)(jiao)職(zhi)(zhi)員(yuan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)能(neng)力和(he)(he)(he)素養培訓,增(zeng)(zeng)強(qiang)憂患意識(shi)并提升風險防控能(neng)力,維(wei)護學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)院安全穩定(ding)。李(li)(li)玨院長對(dui)“教(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)質(zhi)量(liang)(liang)提升月”活(huo)(huo)動中“推門聽課(ke)”效(xiao)果(guo)(guo)進行(xing)了(le)(le)(le)分(fen)析(xi),認(ren)為(wei)“教(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)質(zhi)量(liang)(liang)提升月”活(huo)(huo)動不但(dan)是(shi)傳(chuan)授教(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)經驗(yan)、分(fen)享教(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)設計(ji)(ji)、研(yan)究教(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)改革的(de)(de)(de)(de)平臺(tai),更是(shi)全員(yuan)參與教(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)質(zhi)量(liang)(liang)監控最好(hao)的(de)(de)(de)(de)方(fang)法,對(dui)筑牢意識(shi)形態主(zhu)(zhu)陣(zhen)地(di),用好(hao)課(ke)堂教(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)主(zhu)(zhu)渠道發揮(hui)了(le)(le)(le)積(ji)極作用。
    
  姚輝洲副院(yuan)長對(dui)學院(yuan)轉(zhuan)設工作(zuo)(zuo)中涉及到教學管理方面的相關工作(zuo)(zuo)進行(xing)布置。

  此次系主任和副系主任培訓,是“教學(xue)質量(liang)提升(sheng)(sheng)月”主題活動(dong)之(zhi)一(yi),對提升(sheng)(sheng)學(xue)院教學(xue)管(guan)理質量(liang),切(qie)實提高系主任管(guan)理工(gong)作水平起(qi)到(dao)了(le)良好的促進作用。
